From Bangkok use Highway number 1 (Phahonyothin ) when you reach Wang Noi turn to Highway number 32 via Ayuthya ,Ang Thong, Sing Buri, Chai Nart, then reach Nakorn Sawan then turn to Highway number 117 to Phitsanulok. The distance is 370 kilometers. Or when you reach Chai Nart turn right to Highway number 11 ( Taklee to Tak Fah ) about 160 kilometers then turn to Highway number 12 about 17 kilometers to Phitsanulok. The distance is 450 kilometers.
